Yes he can, but the coaching team would have to make a couple of very big calls that I’m not sure they’re ready for just at the moment.wakeham can kick

Brooks and Laurie both need to go. If they resign brooks my 38 year support of this disaster of a club will be over. My family is massive Wests supporters but the merger has been a failure since day 1. I was never happy with the sheens Benji appointment 2005 was 20 odd years ago the game and rules are differentRe Laurie
He was out of position on their short kicks...he failed to read which side they were going multiple times...he failed to contest a ball that broke open the game...
Effort, yes.
But you need fundamentals and smarts at FB. He has none.
Problem is the 7 also has none.
You can't carry one, let alone both...
And Wakeham to halfbackI agree with a few other users .
Staines to play fullback
Bring in Junior Tupou
Kepoa to play right centre
Kautoga to bench
Thought was all Brooks fault
It's not all his fault but him and Laurie made critical mistakes that contributed significantly to the loss. Other players made mistakes but these guys were key contributors at critical times and they are our spine players. The ones that are meant to give us that class at key times.
We need a more reliable goal kicker, this has been a problem for the WT's since Scott Prince or Brett Hodgson left - for us every point counts. If we start losing games on goal kicking I’ll take notice. He kicked 2 from 3 today? Not a pressing problem for me right now.
Brooks fault I'm going to work right now.
All for it 🤘And Wakeham to halfback
Don't laugh Earl, but i would prefer Simkins in the halves, tough, quick and smart.I stated it wasn't all his fault. I just stated he didn't perform to a high enough level. Neither did Doueihi and I thought he was the best of our spine.
Don't disagree, it may be that the players that were put in cotton wool during the pre-season are way below the fitness levels of the rest of the group.Am I the only one who thought Joe O was extremely poor when he came on? Once our bench rotated all our go forward stopped and we became stagnant...
One hit up he seemed like he was walking towards the defence
AD must improve his goalkicking. 1 from 3 is poor especially when he missed two from the exact same spot.
I can't understand why we took the early penalty when we had all the momentum. I think that was the biggest mistake in the game. We had it all over them, all the ball and only took two points? Titans were laughing...

Blake Taafe at South's. That kid can play. Eyes up and structured. No idea why we aren't chasing him.Laurie is still a concern.
Probably the worst fullback in the NRL.
Wish we could sign Garrick or Nick Meany.
Yeah I agree. Nofa at storm last year showed it isn't the Tigers, it's him.Brooks and Nofa well tried and tested - times well and truly up. Honestly can't give them more than a month of that, final... final notice.
Laurie, yah.. nah - has moments, but just not a modern fullback.
AD not a half, and wish he would apply himself for the 80 - like most of them.
Really happy with Staines and Naden.
Because we have a great fullback in nsw cup but like all our gun kids they get stuck behind bumsBlake Taafe at South's. That kid can play. Eyes up and structured. No idea why we aren't chasing him.
