It will cost the NRL more money in penalties to the broadcasters for not supplying the product promised, and that is 8 games a week. Cronulla will be propped up.
No reason the ARLC couldn't put the Sharks on notice until 2014 to fix their financial on field issues or they find a replacement with one of the contenders from the previous bidders for a NRL contract or offer them relocation to Perth ,Ipswich, Central Coast etc
