Galloway Released to Leeds...

Fair dinkum some of u are deadset heroes . Get a life before u put crap on a bloke that's been here for so long through good and bad times . He played for nsw and Aus , I'd like to see u do better . Pathetic ! It's bad enough watching our team get there arse kicked week in week out but then coming on here and seeing the bs that u keyboard warriors dish out .

Without kilo I'd never have learned if turf toe.

Good luck to him

Don't forget Benji , he needed some attention and caught it as well

You hang around sheep , you'll get turf toe

When he was at his best here, the team really went forward and got on a roll. Thanks Keith for your long service as a Tiger.

Watch our ruck defence go backwards without Keefy

What ruck defence ???

yeah i'm not sure our ruck defense can get much worse. But either way this was purely a cap based decision. The effect positive or negative on the team will have been a long way down the list in the clubs thinking.
imo its positive for everyone, he reinvigorates his career in uk super league and we clear cap space.

Wish him well though , despite him being past it IMO will be good for his young Family to travel while over there . Good on him .

There is no one to sign anyway and next year could be a long year as well .

Our Salary Cap must be a Shambles.

Nicely put FT..

Good clubman that never reached his potential. Was a wrecking machine in his late teens, had the world at his feet, truth be told probably because he played for the Tigers he never reached his potential. If he played for the Dogs or Roosters he would have been a stalwart in Rep footy. 26yrs old in 2011 he was at his peak, NSW and Aus call up largely thanks to Club Coach Sheens. Just like Farah I think he was robbed a year or 2 of rep footy just because he played for the Tigers. He was a very good player 2009-2011 and was only rewarded in 2011\. I do think along with Benji and a few others he has just tanked it in for his last years with the Tigers. On cruise control with no threat of a tap on the shoulder for under performing. 10 years is a fantastic effort and in the future he will be remembered for that. For now though Im glad he is leaving, he has not offered the Tigers anything for a few years now. He could become a cult figure at this stage of his career in England at 29, 30, 31 years of age where a props body should be at its peak and he could become a real mean hard man over there and play that enforcer role for Leeds, just something he just wasnt able to do in Oz. Good luck Keiffy!!!!

I think this is a smart business decision but Galloway has proven a very good clubman for us over the years. Just hope we can replace him with someone better, but I'm not overly confident about this at the moment.

Probably will get replaced by someone with ….Potential. 😕

Not going to lay the slipper in. He's gone a bit stale here and I hope he finds the fire in the belly over at Leeds.

Thanks for your service big fella. A good decision for both him and Wests.

Been a great clubman and will miss his experience. I wouldnt call him old as he is only 29\. He made his 1st grade debut when he was 17 that is why he seems older.
He will do well for Leeds. All the best Sauce.

Just read the thread, don't think he needs to be bashed here. He could have stayed on and milked us for the contract he is entitled to.

In 2009-2012 he was one of the absolute best props in the game. That's what I'll remember him for.

Hope he scored the same Holiday Arrangements as part of his contract over their he had over here.

I always knew it was a Tigers season if Keefy was on a 4-8 week sabbatical somewhere in there.

Smart business decision, but he's been a servant to our club, no doubt.

I won't take the piss out of Keef, he isn't the reason why the team will get the spoon. The piss poor right side defence is the real reason.

Now it's just a matter of time before we announce signing Woodsy's bestie Klemmer…

Or not.

Always wanted to see Sauce do well for us….......things haven't gone that well the last couple of years, but I hope he kills it over there

10 years at Wests Tiger is a great service to the club… Deep down this will be sad for Sauce, as his heart has always been a Tiger from his junior day at Yarrawarra Tigers.

Good Luck and I hope the boys sends him out with a win in his last game.
