I am a pretty harsh judge of our players. I actually rate very few of our guys, so this isn't a usual post overrating our players (I don't think anyway).

But Garner ran really hard tonight. He actually looked somewhat "dynamic". Had a great combination with Brooks. Looked far more effective than CL has over the last 6 weeks and with Matterson, was far and away our best forward.

@WeHaveCheeKam yes agree .... good game but he will need to fill out bit more, retain the speed and improve tackling before he becomes a valuable commodity.

I think that he missed a few easy one on one tackles against Parra at the opening of BankWest.

Great game.

He runs Lawry's lines but can stand and pass.

And is bigger, more mobile and younger.

Would be huge for us if he can become 'that' player every week.
