Look our lack of attack cost us the game probably about the same amount as the biased refereeing. We had enough good field position to win that game last night and should look at why we can't execute better close to the line. Farah would have won us that game last night.
However the refereeing was extremely biased. As others have said their was no way they deserved to win the penalty count.
The Broncos were never back anywhere near 10 metres the whole game. I saw one time close to our line the ball runner got hit be 4 Broncos the moment he got it from dummy half. Either the Broncos are full of world class sprinters or they were back about 6 metres (I looked on the replay there were back maybe 6 metres at the most).
The amount of forward passes not called, the holding down in the ruck, the constant offside was beyond a joke and then to give a game winning penalty for tackling a guy after he knocks hinted (nicest word I can use) on trying (again holding back on what I really feel) to determine the outcome.
Last night was the time for Potter to blow up at the refs; he should have said they were one sided, not of NRL standard and inept. Pay the $10,000 fine, it is good money to spend as future refs are worried about copping a spray that you usually win the next month of penalty counts.
