So tell me what mistakes Sheens actually made tonight . I'm sure he coaches the side to let balls bounce between two players (Won't Moltzen ever learn) ,simple dropped balls just getting up to play the ball
etc etc etc They showed up to play again tonight and we need to thank Sheens for that

I think the thread should read Get some new Fans Because fans stick through thick and thin . If you aren't wanting to stick around for the long haul , go away and annoy your big brothers and sisters

I'm ashamed of this disgraceful team, surely Sheens use by date expired 3 years ago, he's way past the needs of the modern game. It's the brilliance of the Aussie team that gave Sheens his international victories, sadly the tigers are not that brilliant. Drop players don't just exchange the numbers on their backs , something Sheens cannot do. Promote some of the Toyota Cup lads at least they will play with pride. Why buy players like Grant and leave him in the park? Wooden spoon favourites is about right.

Lol, what ever happened to your first post being - "Hi Guys, I joined up because I love my Tigers, can't wait to discuss all thing tigers with you all. Cheers, Noob User"

Welcome to the board Moz. In for the long haul I see.

:roll

It seems like bigdamo's offspring have been running rampant on the forum during the past 4 weeks!

The side needs a new coach. Our tactics are old and outdated. We dont have the outside backs to go side to side, we dont have the kicking game to kick early on the tackle count, and our forwards arent used right.

We have some good strong runners of the football (Galloway, Blair, Ellis, Woods, BMM etc) but we rarely make metres with good sets cause we constantly run 15m sideways before we go forward. The good teams just give it straight to a forward runner and he gains 10m+.

Watching Adam Blair take hitups straight off dummy half tonight showed me what a player he could be if we used him right, as opposed to getting it after its already touched Humble, Farah and another.

WTs don't need a new coach , you
Need a new team . Tim Sheens is the best thing that ever happened to this club , he built the place from the ground up .

Any other club and there'd be so much fuss about accountability. With us, there's none. The team looks stale. A lot of these players have been hearing the same voice their whole career, maybe a new approach could turn it around. Don't promote someone internally, bring in someone totally new.

New coach, yep that will fix it, just like Parra. Lets go straight to choice 3…..which is who again??? Its the coaches fault Ayshford dropped the pass from Benji, Lawrence didn't hit it like he used to. The forwards have copped the flak and rightly so on some occasions, but jeez the last few weeks our big boys have aimed up, look to our our other suppoesed superstars for answers, and no not Benji, a little wider.

So was Tim Sheen's the kicker tonight ? Maybe if he was he would not have missed those 2 pretty easy goals and we may have had Golden point, don't blame Sheen's for everything.

Well it was Sheenius of him that he picked a winger on the bench that left us with only 1 forward on the bench when we lost Rhino and Groat. Maybe it was genius of him to go with only 1 back this week instead of 2 considering the way things turned out

Skandalis as fitness coach. Laughable

Jobs for the boys in tigertown

It's a low budget ALP

Look at all the injuries and the disruption to the team..look at the stupid structure and wasted money in the reserves.Has Sheens been here to long probable yes, is Sheens to blame with whats going on at present not really ..I,m not a Sheens fan but really a lot of factors here.

We couldn't wait to re-sign him, we were fending off the masses! Did we think he could do the job or were we worried about upsetting the apple cart.

I would like him in charge of development and Elliott given a shot whilst we still have our talented roster.

Id sack some players before th coach , This is first grade how can a coach be blamed for 1st grade quality players making amateur mistakes . Last week th players didnt close out a game 75mins they were champions , this week we make 2-3 crazy mistakes . So tims to blame for this . Maybe tim when he prepares th team with all the gameplans that a head coach gives should also pull players aside and tell them how to catch and pass and call for a ball ?. Parramatta have blamed a few coaches for there onfield troubles and how are they going over th long run .

What a load of crap. Of course you blame the coach. Not for making the mistakes but for continuing to pick the same players who make these mistakes week after week.

Wise up fast.

Well underdog, unlike the arm chair fans I go to every Sydney game and also watch the Toyota Cup, I've been a tiger guy since I was 10, 52 years ago, so yeah I'm in it for the long haul.
I figure sticking my head in the ground and saying come on boys or gee we payed better today, or some other pathetic comment is as valuable as your thread, zip.
It's about time the truth is told, and stop protecting overrated players and the coach, then something of value will be posted, if there is enough truths then maybe someone that can make a difference will take note.

Yes i have the shits that they are loosing to, I diidnt see Sheens miss a tackle or drop a ball & we go through this every year, Maybe with injuries we dont have the back up players we thought we had, I watched the under 20s last night & i dont think the answer is there either. We have lost Tedesco, Ellis, Rhino, tuqiri has just come back & Robbie was out for 2 weeks & now Groat looks like being out. This all adds up & compounds the mess we are in, & we just have to grind our way out of it, NOT SACK THE COACH.

As long as he doesn't drop out of form players he will leave himself open to criticism. I would like to see Moses or Santi given a go and see if they can step up.

Sheens got the game plan spot on over the last two weeks.

It's up to the players to follow this plan. Could be on a two game winning streak if it wasn't for the unforced errors.

Maybe the team is stale and needs a new direction, but I wouldn't be solely blaming Sheens. He can only do so much.

The coach is responsible for getting the players mentally prepared each week! The buck stops with Sheens. End of story!
