This club needs to get it's future started now first off we have to start by getting rid of Sheens the coach plays a huge role in a club just look at the Bulldogs finished 9th under Moore then 1st under Hasler in one year.
Secondly get Farah to make a decision by the end of this year, is he staying or is he going? if he is going make a play for Nathan Peats from the bunnies great Hooker I would say going to be the future Smith he even cost Issac Luke his starting spot. A hooker is a very important part of a side and you can not afford to go one season with a crappy hooker it is just as important as halfback.
Benji Marshall also needs to make up his mind, are you following your "favourite" coach or are you staying loyal to the team that you have played for for your whole career? If Benji decided to go the Tigers can go after Gareth Widdop or Todd Carney two great young Five Eighths in the game we also can not afford to lose Benji all of a sudden we need to know how to spend the money right not overpaying players, he takes up 500 k of the salary cap he and Farah together take up 1m (if Farah is resigned).
Now to Adam Blair this guy is getting payed overs for a starter the new coach needs to have a talk to him and tell him he needs to step up his game or it is goodbye to him, he is not worth the money he is on at all Benji is an exceptoion but Blair has not done anything at all this year. People are saying that he needs less time on the field but if Sheens does not go he will playing the same amount of minutes every week.
Instead of signing Brent kite a 32 year old to play prop go after a young prop that does his job every week like James Tamou or Frank Pritchard both these guys have made huge efforts this year and helped their sides to victory, we need another good prop to help out Woods and Galloway.
Stop wasting time we need to get things started let whoever wants to go go we don't want you if you don't want us I don't care if it is Koroibete we want players in this club that love the club not players that are here for the money or because they have to, remember contracts don't mean anything here so you are free to leave.
