I don't think he is quite up to state level, in saying that, it does not mean he would not be picked. Josh Perry proved this the past couple of series.

He is a very solid first grader, but just not quite up to state level. There are plenty of them in the NRL and they are priceless commodities.

I don't think he's suited to be a Blue, he has ticker and runs himself into the ground for his team.

You are right. About time the Blues camp changed its approach and picked workers like Gibbs who will dig in and have a go for their state and worry less about the big lights and the glory, with a champion team instead of a team of supposed champions we might win and get some interest back into the series.
