I never used to like him to be honest but in the last 2-3 seasons he's really matured and stepped up his game..pretty sad to see him go he truly is an asset to the tigers

Gibbs and Fulton are both the cornerstone to WT's defence over a long period of time. I always felt pretty confident when either of these two were on-field that they could clean up the ruck areas. At least these two club juniors know the basic principles of "a player can't run without legs".

I was following him on twitter today iv'e never really gone on to twitter before but it seems him robbie and lote are on it quite a bit, anyway a few people left him messages "don't leave" and he said it's not his choice and he also mentioned he had a meeting thats why his phone was off i just tried to find him on there again but i can't but everyone is talking about it.
Thanks Bryce for a great service at the Tigers and best of luck with the Sharks in the future - I must say this is a good move for all involved - Gibbs wasn't going to be a starting player at the Tigers next year and it means he gets a good offer as a starting front rower

I am disappointed that Gibbsy is going, one of my favourite WTs forwards, I have always been impressed by his determination, toughness and commitment. I will be keeping an eye on his progress at Cronulla, all the very best to him, BUT in the meantime give us your best for the rest of this year. I liked the way he was screaming at our forwards last Monday night to get stuck into the Knights forwards.
