Contracted with Cowboys in 2017, behind Feldt & Winterstein.
Feldt - Age 24 ( contracted till 2017) - I assume they will re-sign him.
Winterstein - Age 28 (contracted till 2018)

Some stats:
Scored 39 tries from 22 games in last year’s Holden Cup which is a record. (
Leading competition in line breaks and running metres.
Claims a fastest 100m sprint time of 10.24 sec.
Won a Queensland schoolboys 100m sprint title as a 17yr old (10.95 seconds).
Rep honors: QLD Origin U18's & Australia schoolboys U18's.

We made a mistakes letting Koro walk & possibly JAC too (time will tell). We have to chance it with luring a youngster to the club, otherwise we will be paying overs for a proven NRL winger still in their prime.

Thoughts?
 
We could definitely do worse. The big thing would be is he willing to move to Sydney?
 
I don't know anything about him, but considering we have one wing spot free and a fairly sharp backline, you'd think we'd be in a good position to attract a good young fast player wanting to make his NRL debut.
 
Looks to have great hands as well as speed to burn.

Wonder how his defence is, but knowing the Tigers, they would give him 1 year to show his talents in FG and end up signing with the storm.

A good goal kicker is a priority imo i dont care what position they play as long as they are first grade standard.It would be good to win games on goal kicking instead of losing them.
 
Time will tell on JAC? He's gone, the club have confirmed it.

I'd rather not roll the dice on yet another rookie. I'd rather someone like David Mead. You know what you're going to get, is experienced and would be a good stop gap for a yr or two till we have more money to spend or a kid comes along in the lower grades.

Before i heard JAC was the quickest in NRL i thought Giddy boy was..

I would lure him with everything, BCF have some good lures, sinkers and lot

Sounds like a good wing prospect. We'll need someone when Ado goes.
Also for 2017 we need a goal kicker K Holland from the Bulldogs kicks (when Reynolds isn't ) or V. Holmes Sharks (kicks when Malony isn't )…..M. Gordon someone who is going to start and can kick.
 
Gela Moesby or Ponga would be a good option. Not sure either will get a spot on the cowboys, but moving from nth qld to sydney is a massive deal for these kids.
 
Mosby-Gela is unlikely to leave his strong support base in NQ. However, bringing Bernard Lewis (Roosters U20 winger) to the club may change his mind…
 
I've already got his nickname picked out….Giddy up Giddy up Mosby...
 
i think buying a kicker would mess up our roster since very few kickers are wingers or forwards. they are predominantly halves.

i think we should give moses/simona more time, and get a god damn kicking coach

I agree. There is no one in our backline close to 100 fg games.we desperately need experience.
