good to see that our ex-prima donna has many relatives on this forum :slight_smile:

It is as simple as who wants to watch a team without a decent reliable hooker. I am on the verge of not watching anymore, when Liddle was great I was completely satisfied. Unfortunately there is no real alternative to my supposed cousin, but Mitch is my cous not Robbie.

I am also proud of Mannah, Twal and Douihi as they are all goers - with Mitch the jury is still out.

Liddle is 21 and still filling out, but he is no lightweight. Similar stature to Smith & McCullough

Russell, we all want him to be full time great hooker that undoubtedly be will eventually become but we also want to be in the finals this year - there is virtually only one clear choice and he may come over to clock up his 250 games if we are lucky. He has to be pic perfect just as he is at Bunnies as he is chasing another season with whatever club in Sydney. If Seigbold can keep him positive and constructive surely Ivan can do the same. We do NEED ANOTHER HERO.

Unfortunately he is not the HERO. He is just a bridge burner.

I agree with Russell,s opinion of Liddle and see him as our long term Hooker. However I would prefer he did not play at all and tried to maintain some sort of fitness in other ways off the field until his sternum is healed. We have to look for some other solution now as it appears this could be quite some time.
