Would have been nice to see them put 60 on, but we've seen things like this happen so many times before. 30 to 4 is still a convincing win.

The call to take the 2 was absolutely the right decision no matter who made it. That was the decision that put to bed any realistic opportunity of the opposition coming back imo. Scoring 5 tries is a massive task (unless you're Melbourne - then you can do that in 10 minutes) At some point, the team had to settle and play. They could quite easily have not closed out that game as has been done so many times in the past.

To be fair, if Esan had not been switched to the left, he would not have caught him either. That said, we are really lacking in pace outside of Brooks and Liddle.

I didn't think it was a bad win at all. Second half was a grind and yes maybe we should have scored a few other times but it was pleasing to see no points by Ivan and his broken down bus passengers. McQueen playing better footy and Twal continues to rise in the prop stakes in the NRL.
