Ground confusion

Someone last week swore blind to me that this game was being played at Leichhardt.

I informed them that we were only playing 4 games at Leichhardt this year, being the Warriors, Melbourne, Knights and Roosters. The parra game would be at the SFS.

They said "noooo, it's on the draw! Tigers vs Parra at Leichhardt!"

I rolled my eyes and walked away.

Then someone else mentioned it.

Now in today's paper it has "Tigers v Parra, Leichhardt Oval, Sunday 3pm"

wtf is going on?

Yeah I had in my mind that it was at Campbelltown for some reason.

Should be a good game and I reckon at the SFS we will get more than 20,000

In April. I was told by someone that we are lucky to get 5 games this year at Leichhardt. I argued (of course) but then he showed me on his iPad - technology gotta :slight_smile: it - the NRL draw and it defiinitely said Leichhardt.
The NRL must have changed the online draw since.

I seem to remember earlier this year that there was a swap for one of the fixtures at the end of the year. I could be wrong but maybe it was for this game and that's why there is a bit of confusion.

Rabbits mentioned it today on the Sunday Football. Its definitely at the SFS, he said one newspaper put the wrong venue in there and he suggested Humphries comes out to clarify the venue.

I think that might have been the Saints game which was originally scheduled for the SCG but when it ended up being on a Friday nite the Tiges changes it to the SFS
