We have no halves fit for the Broncos game, Anasta and Marshall are injured and they seemed to be working well together. With those injuries I think it opens a door for us, this may be a blessing in disguise. We may be able to give Luke Brooks a go at halfback and see how well he does. Play him at Half with Molten at 5/8\. He may be rocks and he may be diamonds, I am willing to give him a go and if he goes well let him stay there.

IMO most difficult ..and important decision of the year so far..think it is a fair bet that Sirro will be 5/8 and it seems there are only 2 options for 1/2\. Miller or Brooks. A pity State Cup was canceled on Saturday cause it would have given an insight into how Miller was going without the pressure of R&B. As I think it is too early for Brooks and Miller has trained & played with the NRL team for all but 2 games I would give him the chance.
It's not like he stood out a mile or anything. I wouldnt be surprised if potter went with a benji anasta pairing and let sirro develop his game as a back rower/lock because i simply cant see a spot in the halves for him without injuries considering whats coming through the club atm.

And did nothing unfortunately.Brooks kicking game is great but I think defensively he would be a liability.

Think the thread is about Broncos game pHyR3 so I doubt Benji and Anasta will be playing. Question is who would you put in their place for this game?

Lawrence shouldn't be in the NRL side, let alone as a playmaker.
If we want to be realistic a Miller & Sironen combination is the most viable considering the Tedesco injury.
Farah does the bul of our playmaking and it would give Miller a chance to put it on the line and prove whether he is up to it. All Sironen has to do is run lines and get his passing game on point and we should be fine
