Hayne plane

We need a premiership winning team, with emphasis on team. Hayne is all about Hayne and not the team. He has never won a premiership and because of his attitude of being an individual most likely never will. IMO it would be a retrograde step to have Hayne as part of the squad. We need a brilliant team not a brilliant individual. There is also the very distinct possibility that he would lose interest quickly and be off somewhere else, at least in his headspace if not physically. He has never been the same since he left and took off to the USA.

hmmmm

This is just regurgitating what’s been talked about all afternoon. The journos added 2 and 2 and gotten 5 by with Pascoe’s comment.

quick maffs

He'll probably end up at the drags. Most of their fans think he's landing at kograh..

Sounds to me like we're kicking the tyres, seeing if there's a bargain to be had. Doubt it'll happen - Hayne has a habit of convincing someone he's worth a big contract, and I'm not seeing any sign it'll be us.

Hayne is demanding 1mill.

Tell him to get stuffed

Market forces and all that… He doesnt deserve half of what Kevin N was on in terms of his performance for the eels and Titans in the last few seasons

What evidence is there that he will all of a sudden be engaged at the tigers.

No more players looking for one last contract

No longer any interest in the Hayne plane…

Are you confirming Geo???

Please confirm that our club is smart enough to focus funds on players that will contribute to the NEW Team culture.

Plus - R we still OK to use the IC Bus analogy???

 Meh

Yep , as long as the price was right, I’d love to see him here, at least he knows where the tryline is , and geez we need someone like that he’s still fast we’ve only got one centre, and he’s likely to end up in theback row at some time.
With Hayne here at least we might have a genuine chance of making the eight,

Now if we can just find some Front Rowers that actually play like they mean it!!

The statement by Pascoe is clearly just being polite and professional.

Doubt Hayne would come here and doubt we would want him. He has shown he is all about Jarryd and clubs have awoken to the fact hence he doesn't have a contract yet. He is throwing his own name in the media hoping someone bites but he has run his race in the NRL.

Noooooooo

Tigers would not touch him with a 20 foot pole and rightly show. He might and that’s a big might, finds some long lost form and is probably better than most of our outside backs we have at present, but he is not the player we want moving forward

He scored 10 tries in 15 games for a team that won the wooden spoon. That's more than anyone in our team. He also had more tackle breaks than anyone in our team with the exception of Nofoaluma (77 vs 71). He was really good late in the season.

Hating him for who he is is absolutely fine, but he literally moonwalks into our backline. It's no secret we lack spark in our backline and he adds spark whilst solving our centre issue quite nicely. For the right price I think he'd improve our team materially.

A few years ago in the SOO he was a match winner if my memory is correct

I will never forget. A brilliant piece of solo play that won the game …...... for Queensland.

Adds spark when he feels like it. For the right price = match and incentive payments only.
Best we aim higher, for someone that knows what a team is.
