Hayne plane

It's not about being humble… It's about buying into the club, coach, team and team mates. Humble or not it's possible to achieve this... The wrong attitude or a 'me' ego will not achieve it.

As others have said, I would take him if the price is right.

700-800k is a NO.

350k is a yes, probably up to 500k where he becomes a NO.

It would be also on the condition that Hayne would be part of the "big 17". If he wants special treatment we say no.

Truth is St George or someone else will outbid us. He doesn't fit where we want to be just yet. We want to be a top 6-8 team, probably not pushing to finals yet. But hey who knows, if we sign Klemmer and Hayne we would go there.

He's absolutely zero chance of coming to the WT.

I'm with you Yoss, the rest of the brigade don't possess active reading/listening skills.

Sitting in limbo, realising he isn’t king turd anymore might peg down his ego a little lol..

Must be hard not being the IT boy anymore for him, I wouldn’t say no if he’s humbled..

He didn’t sound very humble on the news segment. Still all about him and what he is worth.

Its not his job to be humble.

He has two jobs.

1 Play good football

2 Do whatever he can to get himself a good contract.

Only in Australia do we judge our sports stars on their ability to be humble.

I for one have had enough, just give me good footballers!

You are of course correct. However this guys attitude stinks. You will never have any guarantee that his mind will be on what he is being paid big money todo. He is off with the fairies. IMO you will not get your ROI and he is certainly no longer worth what he is asking.

My investment would max out at 600k.

Under a numpty coach like Jason Taylor yes, under a premiership winning coach you would expect the coach to be able to set culture and control ego.

Ego is not really a dirty word. Biggest sporting stars in the world all have an ego.

Agree on that…needs to be kept in check tho

I heard a rumour last year about Hayne from what would appear to be a reliable source….

Off-field related.

Message me if interested because I wouldn't slander the guy on public forums however I believe it's 100% truth.

Would have been interested last year Demps, right now after the whole Cleary thing i just want a good football team.

Youll have a few takers though.

Gossip girl stuff

I have no interest in Hayne at all - he's a disgrace of a person, both on and off the field.
I have some serious dirt on the guy, not just the rumour from last year.

Will not improve our team in any way.
