It gives disproportionate power to a small, often unaccountable group. This structural problem explains why HBG repeatedly drags us into boardroom chaos, infighting and public controversy.

they own the license and step in if you are bringing the game into disrepute. there is precedent too, i.e they helped newcastle and the eels when they had boardroom issues.
