To me, Wests Tigers and the loyal fanbase crossed the rubicon this week and the club will never be the same. When we launched the initial petition we were met with a bunch of negative responses and pessimistic reactions. The second petition less so. These latest dramas, I think, have unified us the fans like never before. There’s no going back now imo.

Start building your email database Joel. A central place where communication can be delivered would help with getting fast signatures on petitions, big protest crowds, merch sales...gotta have merch.

I would then march on NRL HQ every week until they stepped in....HBG already ignore what the fans want...Let's make it the NRL's problem.

Don’t agree. No-one here supports HBG. We are forced to accept their involvement because we have no choice if we want to support WT. if you feel strongly enough about HBG, you stop supporting WT. I’m not prepared to do that.

Time will tell whether this will have deeper ramifications, I’m sure we all sincerely hope it doesn’t.

I'm just trying to enact change with my membership cancellation email to West's Tigers and it was a supportive email.
If thousands of people turn up to the march, brilliant, if thousands threaten to cancel their memberships even better in my opinion, we need to fight on all fronts.
Do I want to cancel my membership, no. But if enough threaten to (in a respectful way), the NRL will know about it and it should have a negative impact on HGB.

Aside from the NRL or L&G stepping in to launch investigations, another hope is that Julie Romero, Rick Wayde, Tony Andrechhio or Dave Gilbert can deliver information to those bodies about improper practices from HBG that they personally witnessed when on the board.

Pretty sure Rick’s settlement will have included some type of gag order.

Yes. He is buying the shares of Wests Tigers Pty Ltd.

Even if a new entity was started, he could call them the Tigers. Tigers isn't protected - too generic.
