Iv no doubt that whoever purchases it will be mandated by the N.R.L that everything remain Wests Tigers. As it should be. Other thing is technically if privatised and taken from HBG then Wests and Balmain will no longer be a part of the club as they're under the HBG umbrella. If we split I'm assuming we would need to rebuild our reserve grade team juniors and rebramd as the Wests Tigers. We would play against Wests and Balmain. So I can't see how any one could change anything.

This perception may well be just as unfounded as Burgess and his mates trying to get the Magpies back into the NRL.

That's true Steve, but he can't go unchallenged. He needs to defend his position and the more he is challenged, the more it's clear he can't.

For me it's to expose, not to convince.

Nothing but muddying of the waters ever since he said it.

As I told Suzie you don't even deserve the right to post here.

You may think you are fooling people and are the smartest person is this room but most can see why you are here and what you are trying to achieve.

Darcy Byrne is a muppet that jumps on the dramas of our club to further his political ambitions I have seen him do it numerous times, the guy is all bark no bite. He is there for himself and nothing else.

If someone else was to take 100% control, there's nothing stopping them from building a new framework which includes these clubs.

My preference is to go to a Wests Tigers NSW Cup team.

Of course, the Magpies NSW Cup team is it's own entity anyway, so they would probably remain in NSW cup. We've had 2 WT aligned teams in NSW Cup before. We don't need to throw the baby out with the bath water or punish Wests lower grades. They aren't the problem.
