If this whole debacle is to be calmed and stability is to be achieved the NRL/HBG need to agree on a new independent board

Chairman - NRL appointed
Board - magpie rep
Board - tigers rep
Board - HBG rep
+ 3 independent board members appointed by NRL/HBG (preferably the 3 that got punted if they would be prepared to come back and work with these HBG bozo’s )

Any future dismissal/appointment of an independent to be agreed by NRL/HBG

I have no idea how BOF and the others could work together with HBG after being backstabbed the way they were.
