The 7 "random" people will be voted in by members if this passes.... And 5 on the board currently aren't voted in by members. Those 5, also removed the 2 that were voted in by members under very dubious rationale. So yeah...

So 7 people actually voted in by members is a massive step up.

The business is not successful. They were founded to support local rugby league which is not going well. Yes, the pokies revenue is going well, you can hang your hat on that if you like. But they're leadership with league is the bottom of the barrel.

They pretty much only fund junior footy now. Nothing to WT. If they don't fund juniors in their catchment areas then not only would they be in breach of their core purpose as a not for profit they would be in complete neglect of the club they 'own' and V'landys still instantly strip their NRL licence and give it Wests MacArthur

They don't pay a grant to wests tigers at all? Can a wests ashfield member confirm that? @cochise? I know you're a member.
I got no problem with Wests Campbo owning the club, it would a great step forward but
PVL can't just strip a license and pass it on to someone else.

I do from time to time. I along with anyone else admitting to also being a Magpies member were blocked from Kelly Hollis group.

She likes her views to be fully supported. When you don't agree with her, she removes you.

Rather like this childish petition to the board, that's a stench of dictatorship

And please explain why you think Barnier is a suitable candidate? Please can you explain his resignation as CEO of Opal Group?

It’s all about votes , it can only happen IF it gets support , if it gets the numbers then that’s how it will keep going , the current set up is outdated and poor , designed to minimise movement or new blood , they need to get up to date with the structure of the constitution and be run just like other clubs

Write to the L&G and ask for a copy of the investigation.

They will happily share with you their report.

But the fact that nothing is in the news, the club HASNT changed the Constitution is really the evidence you need.
