HELP - unknown autograph

My mum is an avid Tigers supporter and I have been given an old jersey with a few autographs on it. I am looking to clean up the jersey, get some photos and have it framed then gift it to mum, however there is an autograph on there and I cannot for the life of me figure out who it is, can anyone help?? Autograph is “Rocky ….”
Other signatures are Ben Elias, Paul Sironen, and Laurie Nichols

Still alive, born 1941 that would make him 82yo. Would certainly be a collectors item, especially when he leaves us.
