Btw Guerra has admitted to trying milk a penalty by jumping into the air.

If it was so clear cut and obvious then why in the hell did Hodges even have a case to answer? The match review committee obviously thought he had a significant role in that tackles' outcome or else it wouldn't even have got to the judiciary. I sure will be interested to see the punishment for the 1st bloke next season who commits a similar offence.

Youve clearly a personal agenda here, who knows why the MRC do what they do. They just pass the buck
Can you see Guerra jump?
Everyone can
@happy tiger said:The easiest solution for this in the future that any players who admit at a judiciary they faked get a Grade 3 contrary conduct charge and get a three week holiday
It will end like that

The Judiciary Process is built around legal arguement and precedents. Its basically a court room scenario.
Why should players not be allowed to tell the truth?
Are you a fan of innocent people going to jail for crimes they didnt commit?
This is a great outcome, Guerra speaking up. The focus now hopefully will reduce the frivolous charges being placed on the players via the match review committee who have little to no accountability.

Ink, I know you won't change your view of that tackle but I re-watched it on Youtube and Hodges did lift Guerra's leg. I watched it multiple times and he actually lifted his leg above chest height before Guerra "jumped" for the penalty.
I rate your view on this as much as I rate the prosecution experts against Lindy Chamberlain all those years ago. Not much at all.

So why not bring something in that might deter footballers trying to earn cheap penalties ??
Wonder if Guerra comes forward if it was Jack Reed or Adam Blair for example ??
There lays the issue young Watto

That happens everyday in our current legal system… Witnesses, accomplices etc come forward to help out innocent people which they believe can contribute to ensuring the truth is heard.
Players are allowed to defend themselves also. They are allowed to bring evidence. Justin asked Guerra, and he agreed to present his version.
Whether or not Guerra would do the same for Reed or Blair is up to him, and consider whatever circumstances he deems is suitable. This is his choice, and right!
