HOPE KIWIS CARVE THE UP THE KANGAROOS

Low quality game overall thus far - Australia could have led by 18 early!!

Has Shillo been on his period for the past two games - as he is throwing fists at any minor niggles?? Or is there a guilty conscience?

Not easy for Lote to shine when his centre partner is so questionable - however if I were Benji I would bomb the bollocks off him early in the 2nd half!

Brent Tate gone for the game and now requires a knee reconstruction. Poor bloke was in tears in the sheds at halftime.

I'm sure Neil Henry & Peter Parr are also in tears at the moment!

You do have to feel for Tate with his long list of injuries - his broken jaw this year alone was terrible for him - but the fact that he was able to come back from such an appallingly serious kneck injury means he also has had some good luck on his side!

If his career were to end tonight - he went out on top representing his country and scoring a try! That alone should provide additional motivation to his team mates to send him out a winner!

Bird has been crap all night until his pass for the 2nd try somewhat redeemed him- but he deserves a slap for his play on Smith!!!

Moron - why not make tackles instead of playing blokes off the ball - that mentality is why he was one of the very few players to record over 10 missed tackles in a single match in 2010!

PS - how badly did Gidley knock-on the Eastwood dropped ball?

i think benji might get nz home here. very concerned at the moment. cmon aussies

dont u hate it when im right… :frowning:

its never a good thing :'(

Benji certainly came up with the big plays for NZ 3 tries tonight, some great passes and a very well placed grubber kick. Gus can't stop raving about him…

My least favorite aspect of this game was Gus and his attribution of "Origin experience" to simple things like the players patting each other/encouraging after a dropped ball by NZ!!!

That happens in every grade from under 8s - you don't need to be an Origin rep to pump up your team after an opposition error!

You'd think Gould owns the Origin trademark and receives royalties every time it is mentioned!!

So much for "Origin experience" and "Origin players Phil - they got schooled by a Tiger!!!! (I've already forgotten the forward passes and I'm an Aussie).

As for Tim Sheens - those who have been waiting for his sacking for so long will at least have an opportunity to gloat when he loses the Australian job shortly!

How the hell does Jeremy Smith get man of the match over the bloke who put on the final two tries to win the game? As Smith said himself, he was standing around with his hands on his hips when Marshall handled twice at critical times to snatch the game.

Smith had a good game but seriously…
