I LOVED THIS GAME! i was devistated when it was taken away, Anyone know what happened to it? or where there are any of these around? Would love to play it again!

They use to have one at Wenty Leagues. Not sure if it's still there because I havent been there in several years but it was an unreal night on the gg's. My mates and I would get on the drink, have a bet and several laughs. It would always end up a fun night.

What are we talking about Fainty? The game where you can bet on them and they run around a track or the arcade game where you ride a horse? If you're talking about the gambling track game, there was (or may still be for all I know) one out at Panthers. As I recall Rabs did the voice overs!!

Nah the Betting one is gone from Panthers.

I think they still have the riding one though.

They got rid of the one at Pamfers because it caused a lot of fights and it wasn't all that uncommon to see a frustrated punter launch a half-full schooner across the table at the horses because his was leading and would stop dead to let another one through.

Yeah CB I saw that happen many times.

it certainly is an experence for those who haven't been to head into panthers for a night.

I know I shouldn't laugh but I find amusing the image of some halfcut Penriffian thinking he was about to collect only for it to stop dead pretty damn funny. Punch-ups aren't exactly an uncommon event at Panthers though…

There is only one thing in Sydney nightlife surer than a bogan punch on at Pamfas. That is, of course, that there will always be a parade of diseased slappers and fully sik bros packed into the Mean Fiddler

You could sub in a number of "establishments" for the Mean Fiddler Smeg. Castle Hill Tavern comes to mind for one.

My first factory was a five minute walk from the Tav. Terrible place. I assumed it hadn't changed

Funnily enough, Pamfers has changed a fair bit from the bad 'ol days. It's a little more upmarket than what it used to be I and think thats a turn off for a lot of the drunken/drugged up meat muppets that used to cruise through that place looking for fights. Mind you, I don't go there alot at night anymore other than to eat at Osso's or Panarottis.

I was there last saturday night and the wild ones were stll out in force.

Guy got glassed outside Maccas

Guy tried to punch up with some slapper that flicked a ciggie butt at him.

But the rennos have gone down a treat and its awsome to have a beer down by the lake on a saturday afternoon.

Most of the loonies don't come out till after dark anyway.
