If we get a new coach cant wait to see top defence which we so a bit in 2010 and 2011 but not close this year.

He would bring discipline. He was coached by Warren Ryan and learned his coaching under Brian Smith - known disciplinarians. He is tactically strong (he has the whole comp watching obstructions due to his observations and interpretation of the rules) and being an ex-player of the club, would be a good fit.
Also - he is an ex-halfback.
