How about Jason Taylor as coach?

I would take Taylor. He would be a different coach to his time with Souths and Parramatta. The difference now is age - he would longer be coaching players he played with. He would have learned key lessons from his sacking with Souths and I don't believe he gets the credit he deserves for his time coaching Souths.

He would bring discipline. He was coached by Warren Ryan and learned his coaching under Brian Smith - known disciplinarians. He is tactically strong (he has the whole comp watching obstructions due to his observations and interpretation of the rules) and being an ex-player of the club, would be a good fit.

Also - he is an ex-halfback.
