How dumb are we

that we don't look to make it 13 with a simple field goal when we had the chance…I hate losing at any time, but against this Souths team, I am shattered tonight...Don't know how the players will pick themselves up for Friday nite...

Isn't this where the "senior" players are supposed to steer the ship? Or are they too busy abondoning it?

oh there dumb but its ok a couple a wins will fix it up hhaaaaa dont hink so scant see any wins on the horizon. wet saos in defence braindead attack. a coach without a clue no soul. and last. the ship has sailed. we are the titanic leaking from everywhere but we have the captain of the ship and some supporters singining out is okay its okay. :crazy

What happen just ask Shane Hayne he must have cracked lips from blowing his whistle, every time souths droped the ball it was a strip. anyone know the count

Tiger jim, I was going to write about the ref, I agree, all the calls for stripping (even according to Gus) were pathetic, nevertheless we should never ever have lost this game…

I will tell you what happened, Marshall again wasting the ball on the first tackle, running sideways putting Ryan in a no win situation, time and time again he does this, and what was he doing with 10 secs to go? kicks the f–- ball, he is a space cadet. No brains at all. Had enough of him.

Lack of discipline, common sense. Penalty count tells you the story, along with the two strips that gave Souths thirty metres of free field position. The last two or three sets in possession lacked intent and provided very few metres, classic clock watching

I must say watching it not knowing the score I was not thinking well if we can get 13 up, the match is sealed. It was still in the balance. Benji saw something and it didn't come off.
What I was a little disappointed in was the Isaac Luke 2nd try. It was quite obvious we were very short of players around the play-the-ball. A quick thinking player would have given away a penalty and let the defensive line set-up. Bryce Gibbs was one player who made this sort of penalty.

I though both of his tries were really weak and they were really what killed us. I don't think they had to give away a penalty - they just had to tackle him when he is that close to the line.

To answer the headline….very....we can't close out a game...Easts semi final 2010, Warriors semi final 2011 and now today...you'd think by now we'd learn from our past mistakes...but we haven't therefore we are dumb...real dumb...

Exactly,we have a scrum 20 out and first tackle 12 up 10 to go we run over touch on tackle 1,we should have been looking at centre field and field goal.
But no we try the miracle play, and concede 13 points in quick time and lose,I hate this team

Plenty of good things to take from the game today.

like what?? what did we learn?? that was the warriors game all over again. we learnt nothing

Like the fact we didn't totally suck balls.

If people can't see the turn around from round 4 to now, I seriously question their ability to judge a game of footy.
