We need some stability in the coaching no matter how bad it gets we need to stick with madge for the rest of his contract

It’s got to come from the playing group, desire.

If someone like a Hodgson could come in and infect other guys like Stef and Blore with the right mentality I think we see him survive.

Gotta give Madge every opportunity,but he needs to recognise his personal shortcomings from past few seasons and do something about them or its deja vu!
..and if were 1 from 6 after round 6,u can bet there will be a positions vacant sign hanging from Concord the following week.
Probably not for 2022 as weve decided thats too expensive and we cant get anyone decent atm,but contract KPIs will kick in by season end and for 2022 it will be one of the ESL coaches that is fond of Sheens..

Was reported by numerous people on here that they only kept Madge because the person they wanted said no.
