Dump the board that's where it must start. The CEO Humprhies has done lots of great stuff from a commercial point of view which to me is his job. Yes we shouldn't have written sheens contract the way we did but that is down to the board.

Who selects the candidates?
CAN boards just simply be dumped? Who does this?
Its never this simple.
Its clear a CEO is a figurehead for boards, he gets the pats on the back when the board does good things, he cops the flack when the board screws up.
He's there to provide a deciding vote on stalemates??
If youre prepared to cop the big bucks to be the top guy, you must be prepared to go when the place starts to crumble
I agree we need a entirely new structure in the governing body, the way things are run….independent, but I can see how it can be done other than from within and there lies the problem, people that end up on our board initially put their hand up to be there for either Wests or Balmain...its dysfunctional from the outset

I would assume the constitutions need to be changed before anything like board structures can be changed…

You can have factions run for elections at ALL the football clubs etc, with an eye to gain control of the WT Board?

The boardroom is the problem ,it chose Humpty
That same boardroom which is still worried about Balmain and Wests issues before the interests of the Wests Tigers
That same boardroom that will pick another puppet CEO when we replace Humpty
We need to get back to the grass roots , start all over again , no matter what it takes or what it costs
If we don't change the entire clubs direction shortly ,there might be no way back

The same board who chose the Sheenius over our last CEO wanting to put order and accountability in place.
Then these disgraceful maggots back channel through the media to try and play blame the "other side of the JV' Hot tip you spineless, gormless spastics. The only us and them is the Wests Tigers vs you pathetic self serving fossils.
RESIGN. Have some pride and admit you have never been up to the job.
Failing that I pray Dave Smith and his new team see this cancer and employ pro's to cut it out and let the club grow and prosper.
