I've watched probably watched more non-WT games this year than WT games mainly because those games are more entertaining.
I don't know if I have faith in this club anymore but I am willing to wait to see if it comes to fruition.
That means I'm still going to buy the membership next year and go in not expecting any results. Compare that to this time last year where I made a thread that we will win the Wooden Spoon in 2021.
I don't know if the team of Pascoe, Madge, Sheen's, Hartigan and Kimmorley will get us there but I'm going to buy in to what they're saying.
Since we can't recruit anyone, it seems we will be promoting from within next year and I'm happy with that because I find it a lot easier cheering for our Juniors in the top grade than new recruits.
I think we will be slow to progress compared to other clubs around us but let's stay hopeful that we don't make the huge mistakes that we made in the last 7+8 years and have actually learnt from that.
That being said, I still don't see myself being as invested in this club as I was 2-3 years ago.
