Ahh…. the days of "Nick-Brad", Terry Hill at Lock,Fitzhenry as one of our playmakers, and players like Gray Viane, and Mark O'Hallorhan who I didn't even recognize at the time, let alone now....

I like your thinking. Unless Benji runs the ball, takes the line on and puts the Bulldogs defence in two minds, I can't see the Tigers getting within 20 points of the Bulldogs. We need a brand new attitude if we're going to trouble them tonight.

Ahh…. the days of "Nick-Brad", Terry Hill at Lock,Fitzhenry as one of our playmakers, and players like Gray Viane, and Mark O'Hallorhan who I didn't even recognize at the time, let alone now....

I do like this era, we had blown the salary cap trying to win the Premiership in the first season, Junior Pearce realised he couldn't do any more and the heirachy took a punt on Terry Lamb as coach, Terry bought along some fringe 1st graders notably Hassen Saleh and the lesser known Trent Runciman, the only other players we got were basically rejects from other clubs plus a few players returning like John Wilson & Corey Pearson.
The game from the Showground that always stuck in my mind was the 2002 game from very early in the season that was one of the few blips on the Doggies radar until someone spilled the beans.
Crikey I can't remember this game but would love to watch it again and again, the 2002 game has been used on Chooseday Night but this game must have been even more special but has all but been forgotten!.........

Actually a night that will forever be lodged in OUR families memory and perhaps many more than just Tigers fans, this happened to be the night that KELSO High in Bathurst sadly burnt to the ground, by the way the Doggies side that night wasn't much different to the side that won the 2004 Premiership.

To sleep? They came out laughing (literally). Way, way too casual yet again. They've "clocked off" about 50 times now under Sheens the past 5 years. It's beond a joke at this point.

Meanwhile, Hasler was tearing strips off his blokes at half time.
