If Adam Blair really did come at a cost of Fifita and Gibbs

Then it's already been worth it.

Gibbs and Fifita have both already missed round 2 for the Sharks this year through injury. Blair has played all games. He showed good signs and just needs to get used to having to be a little more committed in defense. He's just used to having a defensive unit alongside of him instead of a rabble. Gibbs spends weeks on the sidelines with a cut knee and Fifita is at best half as good as Blair on a bad day.

LOL….yes because they wouldve both been injured in rd 1 as well if they stayed here.

Seriously!!!

Lucky we dont have Jarrod hayne eh...hes injured.

Obviously he did come at the cost of losing Fifita and Gibbs but somehow we kept Groat and now have Bell and Spencer, great going excellent management, please go manage another club.

The point is that Gibbs is made of glass and moving him on is already proving a good move because he is, in fact, made of glass.

Gibbs would've been nice to keep but end of day I'm happy with the change.

Blair has a mongrel we need. Could seem him trying to get even for the cheap high shots for a club he's played 3 times for

I hate to break it to you, but injuries are an occupational hazard for an NRL player.

Maybe we shouldve got rid of Ellis and Keith too….where are they?

Why are you always so oppositional?

We replaced an injury prone player with someone who doesn't get hurt. Gibbs gets freak injuries all the damn time. Blair hardly ever gets injured. The fact that Gibbs is already out is proof of that. How do Ellis and Keith have anything to do with it? They are both better than Gibbs for a start.

If you cant see what Ellis and Keith have to do with this discussion then you need more help than just me.
Your logic is flawed.

Ellis and Keith are injured. I get it.

Ugh stop being such a jerk. My point is that Blair has played three games, and looks to be improving. Fifita is overrated and Gibbs (as proven by the fact that he already got injured this year) is injury prone. I would take Blair over both of them even despite his flaws. Galloway and Ellis, no because they are both better than Gibbs.

Does that compute?

Blair is twice the player Gibbs and Fifita are. He hasn't showed it yet, however.

We miss Gibbs dearly but his attack was non-existent. Fifita is no loss as he hardly played last season and we still made the semis.
