I am thinking Send Brooks to Superleague and swap him out for a Halfback, any halfback. Nofo should be retiring there too.

Laurie, his gaps seem to be fullback 101 stuff. The way he has gone backwards since coming here in that respect worries me deeply and makes me think the coaching staff have gotten it wrong. Someone like Pat Richards or Hodgson would sort him straight. I think Laurie needs a little reserve grade love and to work out the basics, but he can do this.

Reach out to Superleague, take that George guy, even Brodie Croft or Mitchell Pearce (1 yr) as a swap.

That said, Set plays are Sheen's thing. Honestly his set plays are diabolical as a coach and that he brings to the table.

I'd be bringing in Wakeham for 2023 and shopping for 2024... Pearce, Sezar or the Wigan 7.

Surely you saw when Brooks made the break down the sideline. Moments before he screemed to Api to move the ball left as he noticed Gagai in the tackle and Daniel Safiti defending at centre…

But I agree with you, Wakeham would be a better partner for Brooks.
Also think Sheens needs to rip up the left side / right side game plan. The game hasn’t been played that way for over a decade; oh wait.
