If you could describe our attack with one word...

Surely you saw when Brooks made the break down the sideline. Moments before he screemed to Api to move the ball left as he noticed Gagai in the tackle and Daniel Safiti defending at centre…

But I agree with you, Wakeham would be a better partner for Brooks.
Also think Sheens needs to rip up the left side / right side game plan. The game hasn’t been played that way for over a decade; oh wait.
The break was good however, brooks is not a halfback he’s more a running 5/8. Don’t hate brooks but he’s proven he struggles running the show. Wakeham is a borderline first grader but he should be better with brooks. Douihei I like at centre he runs a good line.

I don’t think Brooks wants the ‘general’ job as much as our coaching staff longs to pick him there. Last year showed he can make a very good 5/8 second half.

However our current game plan is not involving him or Douiehi enough at all. It is too middle field focused.

Trindal would probably be the perfect signing for us. Tough, has a great kicking game and has spent 5 years in and around the top grade learning the halfback craft off Johnson, Townsend and now Nicko.

No players running off the ball runner's shoulders, no support play, no creative kicking game. If they don't show something against the Dogs I'm probably gonna write the season off and spend my time on better things that give me pleasure instead of filling me with anger. Sorry it was only meant to be one word lol.
