It will last for 5/6 days and the flu shot doesn't work go have a read up on how they make it they have more luck picking the winning lotto numbers then making a vaccine for the flu
It's like picking a combination lock that has a sequence of 20.000 numbers that every 12 hours
Flu A is the worst. Rest, fluids. I get the flu shot every year since I had Flu A in 2016
Influenza A , and here Iam thinking it was related to lyning ALBO lol 😳🥴

I know a few people who didn’t get the shot this year and it cleaned their clock.

I had the flu shot .....whatever hit me lasted for almost 5 weeks .....made Covid seem like nothing

That is one nasty flu, it takes a long time to get over fully. RSV is also doing the rounds at the moment. As Suzie said, rest up & keep up the fluids, electrolytes help. I am another one that gets a flu shot every year & it seems to work well for me (touch wood). The flu shot isn’t total immunity but it helps & usually lessens the severity & duration of it, anything that can help is worth it in my opinion.

My recipe for any RSV is a follows:
Chicken Soup
Lemon Herbal Tea with honey
Brandy (Medicinal)
Drink them individually. Don't mix them together!
Geeze it's a good thing that Influenza A disappeared during COVID.
Meanwhile, I suggest being mindful of safe breathing whilst gardening during this current hayfever season. And always wear a mask when applying mulch etc.

Just got over it - started with just a cough but when it hit i slept for 15 hours straight only waking for toilet and panadol for the aches and pains. Finally cleared today after 4 days. Still feel a bit disoriented and head a bit fuzzy. Worst flu i have ever had.
WOW… I’m off to a lung specialist next week and don’t want that on top.
I’ll get onc this week.
