Adrian Tripodina, a business man who has been dealing with Pascoe & the tigers board from the Big 4, Jason Taylor days right up to Cleary & Penrith drama. Lifts the lid on how our management negotiate contracts/why we made the decisions we did.

Honestly a fantastic insight, and absolutely unbelievable to hear just how incompetent our head of office really is.

I bet Penrith couldn’t believe there luck when we released Ivan for nothing and then actually gave them Momo for Laurie. Dumbfounding

How do we replace Justin with Adrian?

Yes please. Adrian come on down. The club needs someone like you now more then ever champ.

I had a listen as well, interesting, sad and not surprising to hear those types of stories. He’s right about there being a lack of a killer instinct, how others can’t see it is beyond me.

Was about to post something similar. Interesting, sad and not surprised by it.

I've always said we seem to treat the footy as secondary.... CEOs blabbing on about the value of the jerseys, signage merchandise yawn zzzzz😴😴😴

Yep. I had a listen to it yesterday. The biggest thing that struck me was the gap we have around attracting players. He could easily provide a selling point for a potential recruit to head to other clubs (eg Manly, Cronulla or Bondi to be near the beach, Panthers because of the pride in the community, Bulldogs a traditional powerhouse) but struggled to think of what our unique selling point was.

After listening to the podcast , it’s clear Justin is out of his depth .
