Is it possible to sign Brett & Glen Stewart?

With the reality of Ellis & Tuquiri not being with us in 2013 and an increase in the Salary Cap would we have the funds to sign the Stewart Brothers as a package at say $600,000.00 each per year ($1.2 Mill)?

Ensure that Adam Blair and Glen Stewart kiss and make-up and leave the rest to Tim. I say this on the reality of them both being off contract at the end of 2012?

Sandow would be no good for us. We need a half with patience and time. Not someone that is in Benji's mould.

Do you really think that 1.2 mill would sign these 2, granted we need a quality No. 1 and Mark Geyer in his RLW column this week states that if you were a new franchise that GlennStewart would be the priority signing, but would either of these players suit the Tigers psyche, are either of these players what we need.
There is next to no chance to sign either anyway as they are South Coast juniors and the mail is that the DragQueens have had second thoughts and want them to come home.

Wouldn't take them, and I'd prefer Tedesco at the back over Stewart, and next year Kurtis Rowe will be pushing Tedesco…fullback is not a spot the Tigers will be weak in next year.

I would take Brett Stewart but no matter how good Glenn is, I can't help seeing him as a tag along. I get the feeling Brett only signed with Manly if they signed Glenn as well.

$600K a year? Brett is lucky to play half the season so there's an inherent premium and second row is something we're not short of at the moment, so I'd take that $600K and offer it to DCE.
