The footage to the try you talk about has already proven the refs wrong Stryker

Wighton had his foot on the line , should of been a 22 tap

If you don't believe me the picture is in the Referees thread , Ink posted it

Play to the whistle…..U 6's know that....

Use the video ref , that is what it is there for or get rid of it :brick:

In a situation like that sometimes if you have refs with half a brain your better off letting them score

Because more than likely they score within two tackles

Whats that got to do with the defensive effort? Geo is right.

Obviously we are playing with no pressure and trying to avoid the embarrassment of the spoon, we've got nothing to lose and the restrictions on our attack has been lifted.

If you mean are we letting teams get over the advantage line and we don't move up quick in defence then yes

Looks great when the passes stick…..when you have an attacking defense up and in your face, its a different story.

More ball movement = more possibility of errors = more defense

Its a fine line, you cant play too conservative - you rarely score....you throw it around willy nilly the errors will come...need to find the right balance for the right games/oppositions

Thats right. The Raiders wanted a bash n barge forwards battle. We limited that happening and ran them around. We tried to do the same with the chooks and got it wrong. There's the 2 spectrums of this style of attack. Against the Roosters the passes didn't stick against the Raiders they did.
