Leave it to V'Landys - think he has his measure.

V'Landys certainly has a lot of negatives about him. First, his connections to the gambling industry. Second, his questionable actions surrounding the broadcasting deal.

But the positives he brings are great. He is what rugby league needs. Someone without the traditional rugby league connections who can push the game forward. The administrators have been far too conservative on a lot of issues, such as player managers, trade windows and expansion. Greenburg always said that "he'd get to it". PVL is making it sound like Brisbane 2 could be a reality in 2 or 3 years.

Dave Smith, Peter Beattie and the guy before Beattie didn't have the right connections. Greenturd was connected to all the worst people in rugby league.

Your comments in regard to the negatives of PVL is the greatest load of BS I have read on this Forum

Being mates, you would bet Greenburg covered Moses’ actions up as best he could, and if he stepped away from the investigation I am sure it was only because he knew Moses was going down and he was trying to distance himself from Moses.

Pure slander and defamation, not a shred of evidence for that.

If Greenburg was squeaky clean he would still be with the NRL.

That does not compute.

How Isaac Moses' downfall triggered Stephen Kearney's sudden axing as Warriors coach

Stephen Kearney was a dead coach walking from the moment his manager, Isaac Moses, was stripped of his accreditation late last week.
The Warriors made the painful decision to axe Kearney yesterday but in truth, it was a long time coming.
The club attempted to part ways with Kearney midway through last season - another year of mediocrity for the club.
But when Moses, who manages five of the club's leading players as well as Kearney, got wind of the plans, he swung into action.
He allegedly told the Warriors that if they sacked Kearney, he would 'pull' his players from the club, including team leaders Adam Blair and Blake Green.
The Warriors panicked - and instead of sacking Kearney, extended his deal.
They told him last October that they would not accept another season of poor results, however, and that his job was on the line.
But there wasn't even a hint that Kearney would be axed in recent weeks given the problems the Warriors face since COVID-19 began.
Indeed, his results since COVID, two wins and two losses, were fairly acceptable considering the disadvantages the club has had to contend with.
But then Moses was booted out of the game, and the club seized its chance to make a fresh start.
Ironically, Kearney's replacement, Todd Payten, is also a Moses client - but he is his own man and has served a long apprenticeship waiting for this chance.
While the Warriors will now hunt a big name, as is their way - Geoff Toovey and Nathan Brown have been mentioned - the job is Payten's to lose.
If he can get the team firing - no easy task given their obstacles - he will be in the box seat for a long-term deal.

I used words like 'you would bet', and 'if he' did so and so. I expressed an opinion, which I still hold as a valid opinion to have. I never said that I know that so and so was true.

I understand allegations and such have to be closely monitored as they can lead to forums being shut down, and that's not fair on others, but I made no such allegation of misconduct. I implied that I am highly suspicious that misconduct occurred. Surely that wording is okay?

The story doing the rounds at the time was that he and his manager where destabalising Potter, its interesting because his manager at the time was Moses.

I see that the Warriors have asked Blair to retire at the end of the season with a year to go on his contract...
He is a I.Moses client and Green,Beale are as well.they are going at the end of the season as well.
Moses has been found out to be poison in the NRL player management department and hopefully gets de registered for good...he may get a real job and lay bricks for a living...
