🤔 Will Papa & Api make a difference with this lot next year
I was only thinking about this today. A few struggling clubs have elite forwards. Titans have Fifita, Cows have Lolo and the Broncos have Haas. As good as those players are, their teams still struggle. So no, Papi won’t make a difference by himself. Api will be a year older, but compared to what we have atm p, he’s Cam Smith, Robbie Farah and Danny Buderus all rolled into one.

Still leaves us light at FB, wing, centre, second row and lock. That’s if Hastings and AD work.

Yeah I tend to agree. I think we end up marginally better unless we sign some more talent to put around them. The only thing I’m Unsure off is what kind of difference Blore makes next year

Your probably right but I’m hoping for the lightening doesn’t strike 3 times in the same place thing saving us for next year.
For whatever reason some guys are just injury prone. He looks to be your classic example. Fingers crossed I am wrong. (We did also buy him busted)

Pap has apparently already decided and speaks openly about what a mistake he has made
I wouldn’t be surprised, and I won’t be surprised if this gains traction as the year progresses. Word is he turned 400 a year to stay at Parra to come here for 6. He’s going to put himself through hell all for an extra 200 thousand a year. If we don’t lift, I can see him wanting out after a year. Thats assuming he even gets here….

I think Koroisau can do well for us providing he can play at least 3/4 of the season. Penrith changed almost overnight once he arrived. I notice that Penrith lose spark when he is off the field. I don't think it's a coincidence.
