The Bunnies had a decent lead then got mowed down to a fast finishing Raiders side.
The Raiders have good forward depth and look strong . It takes them a while to get into the game but they don't give up and all run the ball back strong. I like Shannon Boyd, pity they have signed him till 2017\. He's only young (21 I think). It's a pretty good pack they have.

on the raiders, particularly Stuart, i saw his post match press conference.

god he is such a knob. always blaming his crappy roster for losses, and then on the weekend his statement that he has a great bunch of guys (paraphrased) was just so shallow and felt like a poor dig at people saying he always blames his players.

"we're just making up the numbers"… what a tool.

sorry, i just cant stand him! i think he is the worst coach ever and comes across as an absolute d....

No coach that's won a premiership can be classified as the worst coach ever. Sure, he might be a tool, but you can't let the fact he's a tool influence you to think something that is completely untrue.

There are very few people that are as widely disliked at Ricky (though he does have ardent supporters)

He obviously has a good manager though, on the verge of getting flicked from the Roosters, gets an upgrade to the Sharks, gets sacked, gets the NSW job, loses both series, get a huge contract with the spoon, gets a record contract with the Raiders, after narrowly avoiding the spoon I expect another huge upgrade somewhere else.

That's a brilliant resume!

They've had Boyd coming along for a while, but last year I thought he was out of favour, didn't get a lot of game time.

He's a big bruising fellow, scored another strong barging try. One to watch.

I think Raiders are dark horses, they won't die wondering in 2015.

Yes it seems the we are set for the spoon calls cause we blew it against the Raiders doesn't apply to Souff's…

Raiders form line in the last month has been pretty good....

ha ha…check out captain take everything literally!
okay, to appease you GnR, i think he is a not very good coach...premiership or not - which is the only thing he has ever achieved as a coach (in his first year iirc) and it has been teary endings from then on.

goose, wasnt he also the australian coach for a short time?

Not true. He won an Origin series as coach in 05\. The last coach to lead NSW to a series victory before last yr as a matter of fact.

To be fair a coach worth this salt would have taken that Roosters side to 2 or 3 GF wins in 2002-04.

Stuart inherited a side built by Graham Murray. He was the person responsible for that success.

Gus was also coaching director that year as well.

Where RIcky sits as a coach is debatable, his track to becoming the highest paid coach in the comp over the last 5 years is miraculous.

youre in love with him GnR: you want to have like 10,000 babies with him!

i dont rate him highly as a coach. thats my opinion.

Ricky is a disgrace.
Can't stand the bloke.

Have to be top 5 rugby league faces that are most unliked.

Ricky only seems to win things as a coach when he has a Fittler or a Johns in his side
as soon as Brad Fittler retired, his winning percentage dropped dramatically
And Johns won SOO in 05, doubt Ricky had much to do in it to be honest

Ricky…Supercoach of Happy proportions ...

That's way below the belt Geo

Good footballer though , that international match I mentioned yesterday , he pulls it out of the fire for us with a 50+ metre solo run to set up the winning try in the final minutes

I'll repeat what I said before though Canberra beat us after a Monday game and beat Souths after a Monday game

Nothing to write home about yet imo

That OK , Steve Ghosn

Ricky has a lot on his plate at the moment

He will have a few major signing over the next few weeks that will back out last minute on him
