It will get better.

It will get better because it can’t get much worse. Where does a win come from at the moment. We are getting smashed in the media. None of our junior look like they are going to be saviours.
It has got better. Not excellent but certainly moving towards it. The team did a tremendous job yesterday.

Truth is as shattering as the loss was at least the club looks bonded and the commitment is there. Let's face it in 2 games we have conceeeded only3 tries all off kicks and hardly a line break which is encouraging for our defense, and our goal line defense has been very good. We even defended okay with 12.

Now we have to fix our offence as I mentioned when I started the otherr thread .

We are down on confidence so we must not go hard on mass changes or getting away from the script too much as things may really go downhill fast, even from here.

100% correct. This season is going to be a long season for us.

You are right though in that a lot can change over the next 10 weeks.
Yes exactly. Manly were 0-4 last year and ended up in the prelims. One thing I have learned from following sport is that tomorrow is another day!

I wonder how many Tigers tries will be scored this season.

I bet it averages out at less than one per game.

With any luck we could have been 3-1 or at least 2-2 by now. Should have beaten the Storm, were the victim of official incompetence against the Warriors and sheer bad luck against the Titans with 8 or 9 first graders out injured or suspended. We need a bit of good luck-every team does. All our luck has been bad so far.

Trying to be impartial as possible, we were 3 plays away from being 3 and 1.
The Newcastle game was a shocker, the other games we had last minute plays of which were 90% in our favour of completing.
V Storm, Gildart short pass to unmarked forward when Welch falls in a heap, try next to the post.
V Warriors, Laurie swallows a grubber Stevie Wonder would of seen, try next to the posts.
V Titans, Madden puts his hand on the ball, game over.
Good teams make their own luck, we’re not there yet.

Liddle, getting head butted in the face doesn't tickle, tough little bloke soldiered on.
Have to give him credit for that. He really tried his best, unfortunately he still has some poor plays and errors in him which seem to happen when he gets tired. I hope that he can stay uninjured for a long period in order to build up his ability to play at his best for longer minutes.
