Moved him to bench.

I’m not real keen on us changing coaches yet again, however I do feel there is some merit in the OP’s opinion about Madge.

Just throwing it out there, but I reckon John Morris would actually get the team performing a whole lot better if he were to take over, I think he would attract some genuine talent to the club as well. Not sure what it is, but there is something about Morris that players respond to, Cronulla were insane to let him go and boy hasn’t it shown in their insipid performances over the past 6 weeks since he left.

Won’t happen here of course, no doubt another club will pick him up.

I've watched a couple of games with my girlfriend who's from Lithuania and has never seen Rugby League before. She asked why we don't play as a team, she said they're all playing for themselves instead and not working together. I think I accidentally made her a Cowboys fan.

Pretty fair assessment. They look anything but cohesive or a unit. This has to fall on Madge. You can say what you want about the quality of our roster, but you can't deny the lack of structure in both defence and attack.

The bench is poorly managed and somewhat robotic. I've said it before and I'll say it again, without decent assistant coaches the modern game has left Madge behind.

Well we don't know what the offer to JAC was or what was offered to LM or how they planned to manage it. Maybe it involved offloading Mbye? Dunno.

For JAC it was probably money and promises. We might have offered $500k and the Dogs $650k with a promise of playing fullback.
