It's time to take the fight back to HBG

going to court is very expensive

They must believe it has legs to take it there
Yeah first thing I thought.
I reckon just starting that proceedings would be a $15k bill in the first month.
That’s a lot of people to serve.
Ya wanna be right or have deep pockets.
The system is not working when people have to risk so much just to prove they were wronged.

respectfully, you know nothing.

What do you know? Tell us!

Don't bother fixing another lowly NRL ladder finish after 15 years without finals football, and three consecutive last-places in recent seasons. Don't worry about the ad hoc manner in NRL recruitment and retention, giving 3rd and 4th chances to over the hill, undisciplined, injury prone, or poor character individuals. Don't worry about fixing Wests Tigers development recruitment and program that has failed to produce a single consistent NRL player for the past 3 seasons who wanted to remain in the club. No, how good is it that the controlling board of Wests Tigers is investing resources into a football club in another code, in another region, to assist its recent local football acquisition.

The controlling organisation of Wests Tigers does not share the objectives of its supporters. We want Wests Tigers to win NRL comps. We want Wests Tigers to be a sustainably competitive NRL team. Those in control are loyal to other logos, agendas, and self-interest. SM is increasingly appearing to be a puppet.

Sorry pardon my ignorance wouldn’t that just be supporting them?
No, you would be a member of the leagues club and so might get the right to vote on a new board, if this case was to result in the current debenture system being overturned.

Your only “support” would be the annual membership fee (which is minimal). Being a member would put you in a position to have a say, if that ever became a possibility (unlike the current arrangement in which 20 people control the board and so the club)
