It’s fairly obvious - the rest of this year and all of next year Gould will organically move on from the panthers franchise and move onto something else. With panthers either doing well or not.

Next year cleary will stay at the tigers and with Farah and Marshall retiring with all the feel good vibes fans will feel Cleary made that happen. He will then go panthers 2020

We will forget that he leaves with a final year to go and whoever the new coach is will be able to build on the post “Farah and Marshall” era.

Personally I don’t think at the end of next year people will think Cleary is the worlds best coach, nor will Nathan set the world alight. Either way what will happen will happen.

I heard that we are swapping Ivan Cleary for Cameron Ciraldo in the off season.

Reason being that all of the Penrith young guns really rate Ceraldo and would run through brick walls for him. Also, they don’t want Cleary as they believe Gus would sack him two weeks out from next seasons final series.
