Since (re)joining this forum I have not had my turn at speaking negatively of Ivan Cleary, so here goes.

Ivan Cleary is a flog of the highest order. That's the best I've got, as swearing is not allowed here.

@Russell The reason the Tigers cop the Wrath of the NRL is the club is run by individuals that will not stand up for what is right ...the club should never of accepted what happened earlier in the year under no circumstances.. the Tigers are the whipping boys of the NRL ! My first reaction was that it wasn't as bad as it was made out to be. I thought he must have cursed the ref out, but he didn't

Cleary said to Klein: “Ashley they’re f***ing lying all over us.

That was reality setting in for Ivan. They just aren't good enough despite the soft draw of recent times giving false hope. He returned to Penrith for a premiership which may well happen before his 5 year deal expires but it's not going to be handed to him on a platter, certainly not this year anyway.

I’m starting to think the ‘cool cat’ image is just a facade. Under pressure he’s a lying, swearing, bad tempered grub - all proven. Remember Ivan, true character is determined by how you act when no one is looking!

I agree.

Guy is a fake.

He has screwed two clubs now in similar fashion and when under pressure does dumb things.
