There are some massive holes in those claims by MattyB, very much based on a lot of very big Ifs and some very creative accountancy.


Firstly they currently only have 1 spot left unless they do offload players, so thats a big if to start with, the only players from their 2020 squad actually off contract were Tom Amone, Kurt Dillon, Cory Denniss and Ky Rodwell, none of those were likely to be on massive contracts and they have already added Arrow, Host and Milne to their 2021 roster, coin wise those 3 would cancel out the off contract players and then some, though he also says Amone has been offered a contract and Dillon is staying.


The two players he says are leaving Dargan and Hawkins both have contracts for 2021, dont know anything about either of them but would either of them be likely to get contracts elsewhere, if not why would anyone give up a guaranteed minimum NRL contract to possibly join job seeker.


If they pull that off they will out do the Rorters and can truly be called The Vermin Rorters.
