Sick of hearing about JAC ,its like someone had their heart broken and won;t get over it,sob, sob' HE was never going to come here,he is part of the Souths shooting team.

The brotherhood is much bigger than the NRL...JAC ,LM all know how to manipulate things for their own benefit...I said much earlier in this thread that he wanted to go to Souths, and my reasons are as follows....
1.commpassionate grounds the first step to get to Sydney...
2.talks with the Tigers a sign of him wanting to join us was just a ploy(he left here originally on bad terms)
3.Souths starting to move on players to make way for JAC but couldnt for season 2021(hence he said he could stay in Melb one more year.)so much for family compassion..
The people that were enveloped into the JAC rumour were played just as the club was by the manager of JAC...

This sounds plausible to me. But why the heads of agreement? That gets me

Because the brotherhood is actually 2040. My Tigers keeper, lot scarier than JAC’s uncle, who I know for a fact is having his tiny little heart ripped out at the moment... best bit is he doesn’t like Latrell anymore. The Koori knockout would be a good place for Josh to be when a few of the local community elders are willing to voice their opinions on the examples being set.

He’s bringing untold shame and desperation to his people whether he realises or not.

I don't understand this post.

The bit about 2040 was a joke. His family, however, have serious issues with Latrell Mitchell... I trust you not to go spreading this info but to discern if/why that may be the case.

Comment about the elders refers to fact that in my community lots now find Josh to be disrespectful (as many as 50% of his relatives who support us) and the fact that some of his deliberate actions lately have damaged my image of him; has his own mates willing to call him out for that, or at least willing to give him a run for his mouth at the Koori Knockout?

All of the above highlights that he’s not being warned about a very real potential backlash. It’s either the way he’s being managed as a bloke or a total ‘stuff you’ to his biggest mentors.

His whole demeanour shows that he thinks he's above all else. He's hardly humble. The kind of bloke that one day will get a smack in the mouth and he won't know what hit him nor understand why.

And there is is no need to be worries about me spreading info about him. But you do realise that this forum is a public one rignt?

Yes. Hint hint: like most others who have questions you can use private msg function!

1. 700-800k - latrell.
2. 300k ?-Johnstone
3. 750k - gagai.
4. 500k - ghraham
5. 500-700k - jac
6. 650k - walker
7. 600-700k Reynolds .

Be close to 4.5 mill for 7 players. I hope souths do get him. It will make there forward pack struggle over next few years.

That's a pretty expensive Blackline!

Gagai and walker are prettt much that according to sources. Ghraham is getting an uograde with the jet leaving. Reynolds and latrell would be around that next year or more. Expensive is an understatrment.

So is Black...

Pretty sure tigers offered him minimum 650k PA 3 years? With the incentive of 750k if he killed it at FB after first year haha

not fussed what he does anymore if I'm honest. Laurie is our long-term fullback and we're better off throwing the jersey to a low cost player like Rizk or Gebbie to play on a wing.

Our deal was so much better than the pussy-cat, I mean bulldogs had offered... of course the media had to put us in that manner again

Is gebbie even in Australia

So dogs likely same deal with no incentive, tigers can offered him if they feel he is our long term full back.

Fox Sports claiming Bulldogs have blown Tigers out of the water with an offer for JAC. Apparently 2M+/season for 4yrs. From memory didn't Tigers offer him 500k/season + incentives for 4yrs anyway? Seems like another BS story by Fox Sports.

They are offering him double the pay of the best player in the game. That sounds completely above board.

I think it's the old budget trick. Combine the forward estimates to sound bigger. $500k per year I think this is.

The post said $2 million per season. I think the article says $2 million over 4 years.

I really think we should be able to match that amount easily but at the same time I don't care. I read the article and it's like they've been on here to get their news. The Tigers get treated like doormats.

I'm happy to not sign a marquee player ever and just focus on good juniors.

So you’re happy with constant mediocrity? That would be an improvement for this club

Slow news day and out comes the WT stories / bashers. It was reported we offered $650K for 4 years which is $2.6M and $750k for 4 years if successful at FB - $3M. Blown out of the water when offered less....

I would like to have him here but as many have said if we get Laurie this year we will have a settled spine and wing may be his only option.

I said in another thread, tell his $750k / yr offer is still there for 3 yrs, but it expires in a week.

If he signs, tap Nofo on the shoulder and tell him we have removed our offer, we could easily afford him and a few others in 2022 then.

Can I ask a genuine question?

Are you a current NRL player or a close associate of one?

We had all that crap with Aloiai and just wondering.

I *know Aloiai pretty well and a few other ex-players... know relatives of Lee and my mate’s brother plays first grade for bunnies. I usually don’t even post most of what I hear... a lot is hard to verify but even more of the tiny little details are added ornamentally. Will find out more in the coming days about our scheduled signing’s positions of interest and amounts (JAC is definitely still a target but needs to totally pull his head in and probably apologise.

Otherwise it’s off to the Dogs and who knows what that’ll bring for his career!

*He turned out to have a total hissy fit and angle arguments at the club based on family/club commitments and church activities, just utterly ridiculous what management has to consider and what it can/can’t say these days. Came out way on top and largely thanks to Pascoe.
