NZ Warriors fans believe Matt Allwood may be heading to the Tigers. If true I think he is in the first year of a 3 year deal so the Warriors may be paying for some of his contract. I think he is a Tamworth product from Farrar, a specialist right centre with decent pace.

This would be an interesting signing if true. At times he has showed some ability but at the same time you have to accept that he has also failed at 2 clubs now and that has to be for a reason.

On ability alone though would be a handy buy and a better centre option than Malone, Lovett or Hoeter at least. Tap into why he has failed and improve that and he might be a great buy.

Just did a little read up on him. I wouldn't say he failed at Canberra. I seem to remember Stuart taking a real liking to him. Article says he didn't play much for Canberra once he signed with the Warriors but played every game before the signing.

This time im going to support Jason Taylor.

This is the sort of signing i had begged of Tim Sheens. The room for improvement here is the important thing. For too long our reserve grade team has been filled with players who have never been a chance of playing first grade.

Filling your reserve grade team with guys like this is the way to go about things.

I dont even mind the signing of Littlejohn, he is in the same category, he is aggressive, competitive and has a high level improvement in him.

Trouble with that as we all know is that they let Martin walk without even offer :unamused:

The old Henson Park brings back so many memories when as a kid I used to go there, and watch the Jets play. Some of the most brutal games I have witnessed took place at this ground.

Yeah he was a mainstay in the Raiders 13, then when he signed with the Warriors Stuart threw a hissy fit and dropped him.

I didn't see a lot of him however I remember a raiders fan mate of mine saying he was pretty cut when he signed with the Warriors. Again would be worth a go.

It's interesting on the Manly forum supporters are questioning the signing of Lewis Brown but are now talking up the performance of Michael Chee Kam. Apparently Chee Cam has very good pace. Austin, Taupau and perhaps Chee Kam.

Chee Kam played pretty well on saturday night, I would take him on.

Looked fast, easily outran Jack Reed in defence. He will solve a huge issue for us as a centre.
